Hello

I finished installing my custom loop a week ago, but yesterday I realized my gpu block had some weird stains. I bled the system and found this.

Is it corroded? What can I do?

I'm using destiled water + Mayhem's X1 UV Green Concentrate.

I didn't use any anticorrosive because it said in the lable that I shouldn't add any inhibitor. IMG_20170818_141139.thumb.jpg.7aea5700c1210721bca7989ff5c0b80b.jpg

It looks like it is the green fluid trapped between the blocks and the islands of the block, take it apart and clean it to take a closer look.

Okay, I took it apart and cleaned it. Seems normal. But my question now is how to avoid liquid from staying there?

That's normal for the fluid to get trapped or weep between the zones since there is no seal between the block and acrylic top. You'll need to vigorously flush or take it apart for cleaning, just be sure to carefully reinstalling the seal and evenly tighten the fasteners so they are just snug and not super tight for a good seal.

Thanks a lot. I'll flush it for another 24 hours. Is it good idea to use sodium bicarbonate to flush it clean?
