So i started lagging, and i checked the speed, its only 5.5mbit as you can see.

Usually its 144mbits.

This is my wifi card : https://www.asus.com/Networking/PCEAC56/

Someone explain why this happens ?

The speed that Windows presents information based on your adapter's capabilities, rather than the speed you are actually getting. Below, you can see that my network adapter is displaying a speed of 526.5 Mbps, while Ookla speed test displays that I receive about 60 Mbps.

Therefore, run an online speed test and ensure that you are maintaining the appropriate speeds of which you are paying for. Additionally, check to ensure that you have the appropriate drivers for your wireless adapter.

There's likely significant interference on the frequency you're running on. It's only able to get fairly basic levels of communication causing your max throughput to be limited as well as the noise would cause you to need to retransmit frequently causing variations in latency.

Im getting about 20/20mbits with ookla speedtest. The capability of my wifi card is upto 800mbits

The newset driver for this wifi card is from 2015 i think. Broadcom 8011.n or something along those lines.

I downloaded that driver, now it says the driver is from 09.07.2015

Alright, then there is not much you can do in that sense. Instead, ensure that your router is configured to output a 5GHz band at 802.11AC to ensure faster and consistent speeds. If you are already on a 5GHz band, ensure that your router is put on an empty channel.
