Strix 1080ti [2x fan header question]

noob/newbie question

 

is there anyway to tweak the strix 1080ti's 2x fan header pins that the front case fan can operate at a low % rpm [say 400-600rpm]... because i plug both my 2x pwm fans into the Fan header of the graphics card and it doesn't turn on at all...

 

only reason is i have utilized all ports of my motherboard [Z270H] for pwm fans [i'm using corsair's ML140s and 120s respectively] for all case and aio fans.

 

has anyone had experience in this bit of sector with the fan header would be great thanks 

 

worst case scenario i may have to buy a cheapo 1 to 2 4pin pwm splitter and use that instead to connect to the mobo but given the above card has 2x fan header i want to clarify if it's possible to tweak the setting to get hte fan to spin low rpm [400-600rpm] while idle/not in use.

currently using asus GPU tweak 2 since it was the only asus program for my card so far... but im open to other options if it makes it much easier.
