whats matter in when u want to buy a laptop screen for example lets say 

MSI GE60 2PL APACHE

 Part Type: 
LCD Screen Only info
Size: 15.6-inch WideScreen (13.6"x7.6") info
Resolution: WUXGA (1920x1080) Full HD info
Surface Type: Matte info
Backlight type: LED info
Video signal connector: 40 pin LED screen socket  image
 
I only need to worry about ^ those right, the name or brand doesnt really matter right?
like for example
dell blah blah blah 
*same specs*

i dont understand do you mean you need to replace your screen and you want to know what will work?

technically if the connectors are the same it should work... safest way on ebay type in "MSI GE60 2PL APACHE replacement screen" job done... there cheap!
