So I am currently planning all the fittings for my loop and at one point, im splitting from a straight line into a Y block from Bitspower. While one side is going into a 45 degree into a valve to drain so the finishing angle doesnt matter, I would like the other side to return in a parallel line with the GPU as its meant to go connect with it. So I was wondering if I want the left branch to return parallel, I would need a 30 degree adapter or am I missing something?

The picture shows that the center angle is 60 degrees meaning each branch is acting as a 60 degree deviation so you would nead a 30 degree adapter to get back to 90?

To better understand what you need could you draw a paint with lines how your tubing is going and where the Y fitting will be? Because even though you stated clearly what yo uwanted to do you didnt say anything about how the tubing is in relation to the gpu, how the fitting will be placed etc

Shitty handmade draw but youll get the point. The whole loop is based on 90 degrees so since im going to the gpu which is parallel to the pump, i need to get parallel with the gpu again.

I think you need a 60 degree fitting? If you draw a line down the center of the fitting you bisect the 60 degree, giving you 30 degrees, that you need to offset with 60 degrees more to get a 90 degree bend

Now i get the point, the quality of the drawing doesnt matter if it is clear :) (yours is)

Now to your problem, did u already bought your fittings? or are you planing it out? When your only planning it out can you give me your case model because i would have some improvements especially when it comes to the draining port. That is a terrible place to put it.

As to your question you would need 60* fitting to have 90*.

Its a caselabs Mercury s8, its an horizontally built case, the drawing would be a top view, so the draining port would ''fall down'' into an empty space. Unless you mean something else.
