I had an i5 6400 on that game, it ran kinda choppy, when I upgraded to a 5.2GHz i7 7700K, I found the game ran so much better, even being able to max it out with the same GPU and get 50 fps, where as the lowest setting could just scrap by with 60. The GPU will be enough but the CPU might hold it back.

Also the i5 6400 is Skylake and Skylake uses DDR4

Its Rust, its an easy game to run.

 

No one can give a definitive FPS answer. That depends on alot of factors that make it a complete unique situation.

 

Rust is a game I have fun in every now and then.  I just mostly stick to myself in the game and kill every one I come across.

its Rust, and its not optimized for shit.

itll run perfectly fine most of the time. othertimes itll be unbearablly laggy.

It may run a bit choppy due to horrible optimization. You should be able to run at low to medium settings which still looks pretty good I guess.

45-55 fps would be my guess.

I recon that FPS at medium all round, but simply run the game and turn it all low or off and go from there.
