1080Ti Boost planned????

So, in the config of FIFA 17, there is a xml file named "VideoCards.xml" and I found a card listed below: 

<vd id="10DE1B80" level="3" name="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Boost"/>

All the other listings are pretty much any GPU you can find so I presume it's a list of all compatible GPU's. I'll leave the file below but WTF?

CPU Cooler: EK Water Loop - Pastel White Fluid

Video/Graphics Card: Zotac GTX 1060 6GB Single Fan (+220 core, +225 mem, manual)

RAM: 16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum (8GB x 2) @ 3000MHz

Peripherals:

  • AOC 29" 1080p Monitor (2x)
  • ASUS ROG Cerberus Headset

Is there a regular 1080 ti as well?

Not that I could find, so that could be a good point. Maybe I got a bit excited :D

Looks to me like this is just supposed to be fore the normal 1080ti. Seeing as how there is no other 1080ti on the list, just the normal 1080

That device ID is different to the regular GTX 1080 Ti though which is: 10DE 1B06

 

Although that device ID actually matches the GTX 1080. oooooh
