Brand new build. No Boot??

So here is what happen, I do the whole build. I plug it in just to make sure everything turns on. It does, but the cpu cooler wire is hitting the fan so i reach in to move it away. i hit the fan with my finger, stopping it completely and the whole system shuts down. It will not turn back on but there is an led light in the front that stays steady when hitting the power button.


PLEASE HELP

Unplug the power supply then push the on button on your pc for 5secs should clear the caps and work again
