So my PC has had weird issues (like randomly freezing completely and not responding to the start button) , but these stopped.Lately ( I think after I updated windows 10) , my PC has "mini bluescreens" as I call them. Here's what happens..

The whole PC stutters (around every 5-10 seconds), everything freezes for half a second. a lot of the time, whatever sound was playing repeats for the duration (kind of like when you get a bluescreen)

I've also randomly had my system using 99% memory even though I was using about 8.

I ran windows memory diagnostic test, no faults. Nothing with malwarebytes or windows defender either

Specs are in my signature, and this started when I updated windows 10 (I also had some PuPs at the time, but they are removed now)

Thoughts? Would appreciate help with this.
