I want build a PC mostly for gaming maybe content creating my budget is 1200$ ,but I am confused  I-5 6600K/I-5 7600K is Hyper-Threading that much important? I know that AMD Ryzen has more cores ,but i'm more on INTEL than AMD side

GPU:I don't know if the 1070 is worth it ,should I go with 1060? Maybe new AMD vega 56

Can i trust this site :D? ---> http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-7600K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6600K/3885vs3503

AMD is much better at content creation than Intel at the moment at the same price. If you really want Intel, wait for Coffee lake, won't be compatible with existing 1xx or 2xx motherboards.

56 seems to have better value than 1070 while having freesync support.

7600k has the same performance as a 6600k if it has the same clockspeed.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Don't get a 7600K or a 6600K. Get a Ryzen 5 1600 with a B350 board, it's much better.

Or, if you prefer Intel, get a 7700 non K with a B250 board. The 1600 is better though.

*sigh* for like the 1000th time. You shouldn't be on anyone's "side". You should buy what best suits your needs. An R5 1600 beats an i5 7600k in every way, however for content creation it crushes and buries it. Get the 1600.

If you want to wait, it may be worth it as i5s will be 6C/6T. But if you don't want to wait, just get the 1600 it should be able to hold it's own against the 8600K ;)
