I want to build quite high end PC with budget around $2000 or maybe maximum (30 million Rupiah in Indonesia) Including Good Monitor with G-sync if necessary.

GTX 1070/1080

LED Board , RAM, GPU

CPU Cooler do I need liquid one or not?

SSD / M2 Which one also better I confused about these?

Good Warranty PSU (EVGA?)

24-27" Monitor

Mainly used for gaming such as PUBG (this game so heavy), CSGO, Dota
