Using OpenVPN Config through Chrome only

Ok, so I have an OpenVPN config file which came with a seedbox i purchased. And all works well when I use the actual OpenVPN desktop client.

 

However, when the client is active, my Plex server cannot be found. So is there a way I can use the config file solely in Google Chrome for my web browsing habits and leave my direct connection for the likes of Plex and games etc?

 

P.S Not sure if this counts as programs,apps etc or if its more of a networking question?
