Does wraith cooler suck air inwards or blow air away from the cpu, i could really do with an answer so that i can orientate my fans properly, am i right in assuming having all fans around the cpu blowing air out is a bad idea if it sucks

They blow it down onto the chip I believe.

You'll want to try and have as much intake into the case as exhaust. So if you have 4 fans then generally, 2 in and 2 out would be ideal (does not account for obstructions or other things blocking airflow)

 

Edit: 

With a trend towards slightly more intake than exhaust being more ideal.

In most situations a case should have more intake than exhaust, so this

thanks for the quick reply's, if i used a tx3 from cooler master, would exhausts around the cpu be more benificial baring in mind i have one intake at the front and one in the top, exhausts are one at the side and one at the back

it blows air down onto the motherboard

 

have 2 intake and 1 exhaust. should be enough.

I agree with @SeanAngelo purely for dust reasons, Positive air pressure helps with dust
