Help on a build

Hi, I'm planning to build a new PC as Vega comes out. Can someone experienced in building plz take a look at my parts list, I am especially not sure if the r5 1400 and the Vega 64 makes any sense together.

Vega 64 also comes in a bundle with CPU (Most likely Ryzen 7 1700, I forgot the exact model, but either this or 1600) a nice 1440p ultrawide monitor and 2 free games at $599 while buying the card itself costs $500, so definitely consider this deal (and whether it's available in your place)

get a nice 1tb or more, hard drive for mass storage.

and as everyone said, drop the cooler and get the 1600 and use the amd cooler that comes with it

Maybe wait for benchmarks before deciding on Vega lmfao. Drop that shitty PSU. Spend the extra $5 for a 525GB MX300, significantly better SSD.
