Where is it plugged in at? If it's your mobo built-in sound card, then make sure you have the right drivers (they normally include a sound utility that'll have more advanced settings than Windows).

It is plugged into regular green port but I think I have somewhere a SoundBlaster. Will the soundcard help?

How are they plugged in?  If it's with a 3.5mm you'll need several of them obviously since each only does stereo.  If it's with USB we may have bigger issues

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Its normal With a normal single 3,5 Mm Jack. For 5,1 audio you need a 5.1 or 7.1 audio card in your PC

Okay, Thanks for a quick reply.

I'd make sure you have the mobo audio utility installed first.

do you only have 1 3.5mm  green jack plugged in? If so you can't get surround with that

There was only included from red and white cinch to 3.5mm jack and that was it. There wasn´t written anywhere that I need another cable to run the surround.

well it's impossible for that to deliver surround. Any  other inputs on speakers?

you need 3 rca (red/white) to 3.5mm, and a sounds card, as your mother board doesn't do surround.

Use the DVD (multi-channel) inputs. Your onboard audio can handle upto 7.1; you just have to configure the ports correctly. You may not be able to connect a mic to it if you configure it for 5.1 however.
