Posted August 11, 2017 hi guys, today i tried overclocking my pc.. i have 4x8 ddr4 corsair led sticks that worked all before overclocking, after that the 4 leds on the ram still work but now windows only recognize 3 sticks what should i do? Posted August 11, 2017 you can try reseating the sticks and swapping them for different slots. That could be it. But also try below - lowering the clock speed on the ram sticks to say 2400 mhz and see if that's the problem - if you have other ram, try using that (make sure it's ddr4 - try using just 1 stick of ram (try each dimm) to see which one is the culpret It is very (i mean very very) rare that ram fails especially from a good brand like corsair so it could just be your motherboard.
