Hi guys,

Long story short, I came to the conclusion that the guy who sold me my system didn't treat it well because when I got it I had to reapply thermal paste since it was completely dry so the CPU was running full tilt at 90°c on the bios screen, lol.
Anyway, is it possible that this killed the CPU?

I bought a used i5 4440 and it runs no problem on the system, but when I try to boot with the "old" one (so the 4460s), the machine boots but there's no signal output and the peripherals do not light up.

Any ideas?

I wonder if the guy before you also had it running full tilt all the time at 90c and just never gave a fuck, that probably would have screwed it up

He told me he never opened the system but to put a graphics card in it. It was also very dusty
