Will this fit?

DekaRanger

Hello.

I was planning on building in the Thermaltake Core G21 TG and then today, they released Fractal Design Meshify. I was planning on using a gtx 1080 Ti Strix and an Celsius s36 in the front. The Gtx 1080 Ti is 29.8 cm(298mm) long and the Meshify can hold up to a 315mm gpu with front fans. Can I fit an S36 with fans in the front?

Sorry if I was a bit unclear on anything!

Thank you in advance.

Well, yeah that should work.

Also, I have the G21 Core TG. Pretty good case (especially for its price), but it just has some design flaws.

I don't think the s36 will fit in the front. The radiator is 30mm thick. 298mm + 30mm = 328mm. The s36 Dynamic GP-12 fans are the same thickness as the X2 GP-12 case fans.

That's what I was thinking. Everyone said it was gonna fit but it will be close. I am so confused right now.

http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/meshify/meshify-c lists the max gpu length as 315mm with front fan mounted. It also lists the fans as X2 GP-12.

http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/water-cooling/celsius-s36 lists the radiator dimensions as 403mm x 123mm x 30mm. 30mm being the thickness. It also lists the fans as X2 GP-12 PWM.

Industry standard fan thickness is 25mm. There are other thicknesses, but they are rare.

If you want definitive confirmation, use http://www.fractal-design.com/home/contact-us to ask Fractal Design if the s36 will fit in the front of a Meshify C with a 298mm long gpu (Asus GTX 1080 Ti Strix) installed.

You might take a look at EVGA GTX 1080 Ti. They tend to be shorter than their competitors.
