I hope amazon does not send me a Ryzen 3, anyways since this is #6 on amazons new releases on computer component section, I would really like to see how many people have bought Threadripper cpu and a comparison to the Intel sales.

maybe on release day linus can tell us how many have been sold using affiliate code.

LMFAO if an R3 1200 turns up xD

Joking aside its just a fuckup/placeholder they won't ship you an R3

EDIT: The funniest thing on that page is the + $86.99 expert installation xD man I'd definitely take that job, $90 to plop a cpu in a socket.

Japan people are clueless about computers my friend paid 1500$ for a GTX 1060 and a i7-7700 than +500$ for insurance when all the parts come with RMA's. so paid 2000$ for a 1060 and i7-7700 + some weird insurance that probably doesn't do much and it built by them. I could probably try to start a business and undercut these big companies and make some money xD

i can't help and wonder..... what if intel changed the image on amazon's page somehow by paying someone, just to decrease sales.

because now on related items and suggested items a threadripper is being suggested but you only get that ryzen 3 image.

Intel do some shady shit but I think you need to take your tinfoil hat off xD

wowowo woo! lets be serious here, it's not that simple, you also have to put the thermal paste on, and maybe even a CPU cooler, which as we all know is a hard thing to do :P

they are not good. I used to be Amazon affiliate and they kicked me out without compromise after earning about $800 a month. They also took all my remuneration from the Amazon affiliate program. No clear reason too.

Well it is threadripper, so for what its worth, it takes a slightly higher degree of finesse.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

You loosen/tighten 3 screws that are labelled with arrows in the correct order and slide a cpu into a tray... Its not complicated. If anything its easier than Intels method of floating the cpu and then pressing it down because the tray prevents damage to the socket and also prevents the orientation problem.

JK, but the guy does still have to come out there, or do you send it to them?

No idea if I ever had to select that option I'd be too full of shame.
