Check that you have at least one of your fans connected to your CPU COOLER header
Reseat your CPU.
Check all power cable connections and be sure to reseat all of those. ensure your 8 pin EPS connector, 24 pin ATX connector, and appropriate PCIe power connectors are all attached (and even if they appear to be, unplug them and re-connect them anyway).
Clear your CMOS. In very rare cases a motherboard can sometimes come without the natural stock settings applied (especially if its a refurb), which could manifest as a boot issue.
