Antminer L3+ any Good?

Hi guys, I recently saw on NiceHash that the Antminer S3+ has a really good hashrate, and that you can get quite some bitcoin, and the ROI is about a month. Is it worth getting, or are there a lot of strings attached to such a great deal? 

(Power is 0.11/kWh CAD where I live.)

Looking at a Litecoin calculator it looks like your ROI will be more like 5 months, but that calculator isn't using current value but wouldn't be far off.
