The only difference is one comes with a factory OC the other does not. They both come with 2x 8pin power connectors so pretty much your decision is do you want to OC yourself or do you want to just leave it a lone and get the fastest you can get out of the factory? 

 

If you know how to OC and can do it yourself you're better off buying the regular one and doing it yourself instead of paying Asus $20 more to do it for you. Everything else on the cards are the exact same. There are no differences other than one has the factory overclock.

Don't waste the money. Regular version can oc all the same. It will boost higher then what the oc version base clock is anyway.

They will both boost over their boost clock speeds anyway. Completely pointless to buy an oc version of any card, especially 10 series.
