- I want to find a Rechargeable wireless mouse with the budget: don't be unreasonable

- Have 2 wireless mode Bluetooth connection and "Dongle" connection (have a dongle slot in the mouse bottom so it can store the dongle itself!)

- Can use wire mode if you connect the USB wire.

- If best come with rechargeable AA removable battery.

- have Good sensor can track fast movement for competitive gaming (well this is 2017 a 40$ mouse can ez have those kinds of sensor) , and good clicking durability.

- have at least 2 Side button, with a software to work with!

- Lazer or Optical i don't care

any to recommend? or i asking too much? (this isn't too much!)

Logitech MX master mouse. It's literally the nicest wireless mouse I've tested.

So you want a competitive grade wireless mouse for $40? Doesn't exist. In 2017 your options are pretty much the G900 or G403 Wireless (Or their revised versions G903 and G703). Although I am a bit of a mouse purest in that I would not want to use a laser sensor for competitive gaming, and the lighter the mouse the better. Although most of this is only really necessary if you play competitive FPS, as you don't need the same kind of mouse precision in other genres. So in that case you should just get any logitech wireless mouse.

For officey kind of stuff, the logitech MX anywhere/master lineup is good. However they have a bit of acceleration, and the clicks wear out after a couple of years of regular use. If you want a decent mouse on a budget, go wired, as decent wireless gaming mice don't come cheap. If you are willing to spend the $$$ then the Logitech ones are good.
