Feenix Autore product support issues

So, I received a Feenix Autore keyboard (with MX Browns, if anyone cares) a bit over a week ago. Now, before you tell me I overpaid, I know... I just particularly like the aesthetic of the Autore. As soon as I plugged it in, I noticed that the backlight on the F12 key was non-functional. After further examination, I also noticed that the USB port was not aligned with the opening in the keyboard housing, and that the deck of the board was "warped" - it does not rest level on a flat surface. I'm really disappointed, I had expected a higher level of quality control from a company charging $160+ (USD) for a keyboard.

I e-mailed Feenix support on the day the keyboard arrived, and again four days later, and I am yet to receive a reply 9 days later.  :(  I wonder if any of you have encountered bad product support with Feenix? If so, please let me know if/how you were able to resolve the issue.

-Thanks

  • 1 month later...

I am currently having the same issue with this keyboard, and I tried to contact their support team, but have received no response. While I was looking at Feenix's page for the backlit Autore keyboard I noticed all of the pictures that they have of the keyboard the F12 key isn't backlit as well (in attached pictures). So I assume the F12 key isn't supposed to be backlit..? If this was something that Feenix did on purpose I would like to know why but it seems like they know that the F12 key isn't backlit...
