My pc boots to post first.

Dear all,

my rig is 

ryzen 1700

x370 msi gaming pro carbon

16gb corsair vengeance 2400mhz

Msi gtx 1080ti founders

 

New to troubleshooting, whenever i switch off my pc, i boot it , it boots to post, asking me to press f2 to continue, or select an overclocking profile. After trying to reset the cmos by removing it and putting it back, my pc is unable to switch on anymore.

 

2 days ago before this happen, my windows 10 clock is always messed up and i have to resynchronise it before it is back to normal.

is there any specific issue that happened, or what has happened?
