I Need help.

So I want to make a build to game at 1080p with preferably other high stats (Frames - 45/55) and I want it to last quite a long while. Unfortunately, I'm working on a tight budget, and I can't decide whether it's worth investing in a 1060. I was wondering if anyone has some advice on what I should get. Budget for graphics card - Less than 200€ preferably.
