S240 or A240?

I'm looking to buy a custom watercooling loop for around $200. The two I came across were EKs S240 kit and A240 kit. 

 

It would be nice to have pastel fluid and hard tubing in the future (neither of which are currently possible with the A240). I'd also like to potentially add extra radiators/reservoirs if needed,  as well as be able to upgrade to a proper ddc or d5 pump. 

 

I know the s240 is better for expandability but I was wondering how the performance compared to the new a240

 

Are there any alternative kits for a similar price that I should consider? 

 

Even if you don't know much about watercooling I'd really appreciate your opinion.

I don't know much about watercooling but the A240 is cheaper and I've heard good stuff about it.

Pastels seem to wreck the A240 series, so go with the S240 if that is a must for you.
