Hey guys I will be building my second rig and decided to choose ryzen 5 1600x with the x370 chipset. I have narrowed down my MOBO choices to the Asus crosshair vii hero, the MSI x370 sli plus and the MSI x370 gaming pro. Just wanted help deciding if the Asus is the worth the money, and if not which MSI board is better.

I would go ASUS. I've heard that MSI have had some problems with BIOS & RYZEN

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

I don't know if this is still the case but asus was known for having the best memory support out of all the motherboard manufacturers.

I may sound dumb but if my case has rgb fans and gpu is rgb led will that all sync through the mobo. Sorry if this sounds dumb never messed with rgb before

As long as it supports AURA sync. You can still control them, somewhat differently depending on the manufacturer. For example, non-ASUS GPU's obviously don't have AURA, and require seperate software and/or hardware.. Some case fans do, but Corsairs need a hub and seperate software, I reccomend searching the forum for a thread on RGB

I think i have heard of the Corsair software. The fan hub for the case doubles as the led controller too. But it dosent specify if it is AURA compatible.

Its not. RGB is very confusing and annoying as major manufactures havent just got one set of software for everything. But till someone clever makes a third-party app that supports everything - if thats even possible, then were stuck with probably at least 3 sets of software per build.
