is it good? havent built or looked in to pc's in half a year, would like to know, if not any alternative is great

its as good as an i5 in gaming and you get 2 extra cores for the same price

yes it's good. not just multi-threaded apps, pair it with a 2933+ mhz RAM and it'll perform admirably in games
