Looks fine to me, although a DVD drive?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I use a program called Dragon Naturally Speaking that is on my laptop but it is a disc based program to write documents or really any typing, in fact, I'm speaking this response

ah right ok, I would consider getting a cheaper drive if money was an issue, which it doesn't appear to be.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

If your focus is also on content creation, I'd be looking at the R7 1700 instead.

Do you also need three 1440p 144Hz G-Sync monitors? I'd just get one and have either some 4K monitors or basic 1440p monitors for productivity.

In the research I have done it was heavily suggested that with surround its best to stick with the same monitor. The gsync was a happy accident my only requirement was a high refresh rate and IPS it appeared 1440p was my best option. if you have some other suggestions I am open to them.

If you're only gaming on one monitor (aka the Acer XB271HU), it won't be an issue if you have different monitors for other work. Triple monitor gaming is a different matter altogether. Besides, I imagine having a higher resolution monitor would be more favourable for your content creation work.

No, you shouldn't run into any issues.

Then I'd stick with the three XB271HUs.
