Yes.

PSU tier list in sig. it's tier 4 IIRC. so good enough, but not excellent.

personally I wouldn't cheap out on the psu, because if it fails, your pc wont work, and it MAY take other components with it. Just a thought

i dont have any personal experience with it but it is 80 PLUS Bronze. Honestly dude, go off reviews of people who have actually bought and used it. There are 48 reviews on newegg, so go crazy

Yes the cxm 450m (with the grey label) is a pretty noticeable upgrade in quality over previous cx models. It should be perfect for your build.

As long its from a reputable brand like cooler master, EVGA etc. Then you should be ok.

Yes, but some brands also make shitty PSUs.

EVGA make tier 7 and tier 6 PSUs.

 

the end message of this video is what matters. 

"never trust a brand, always review the model"

 

note that this video is talking about the first gen of CX, which wasn't good. 3rd gen is fine, and gray label is very good.

How old??

And it's rather meh, but that's normal for a PSU this old...

 

I'd rahter save some money for a new, good quality unit.
