Need help for gaming build

I want to build  gaming pc for just injustice 2

- my budget is only 300$ (or 4.000.000 rupiah)

- my location is jakarta,indonesia

- the aim is to beable to play injustice 2 as well as with no stuttering and a minimum of 30 fps

- i dont need a monitor or any other peripherals

I mean like you can import this and put ddr4, and a 980 in it but ur screwed basically
