I'd go for the 5820k as the only difference between it and the 5930k is a slight clock difference which evens out With OC, and the number of PCI-e lanes, respectively 28 and 40. And the increased number of lanes aren't necessary unless you ar planning to run 3+ GPU's. The difference in performance when running a gpu in x8 or x16 is negliable.

The 5960x I would only buy if you have a lot of Money to burn.
