New Threadripper build

Would you recommend liquid cooling instead? I've heard these Noctua fans are some of the best and rival liquid cooling, but are easier to install for a novice like me.. :)

current AIOs don't cover the space above the cores possibly limiting their effectiveness, new AIOs are being developed for threadripper/epyc. air coolers tend to not face this issue so that noctua cooler may be the better way to go atm. keep an eye on gamers nexus for news on this once the embargo lifts

I plan to upgrade to 128GB at some point but I may wait for DDR5 in 2018..

DDR5 won't work with the system you have set up, at best you'll be looking at a new mobo, at worst you'll be waiting for amd to release another series of CPUs

E: Oh also for the eye strain, pretty sure they said these were great, can't rewatch it atm...
