Will overclocking a CPU at stock voltage decrease its lifespan?

So I know that voltage kills CPUs, so does that mean that overclocking a CPU is safe if you do not increase the voltage at all? Thanks

everything is safe if its properly cooled

It is safe, even if you increase voltage by a reasonable amount and keep it reasonably cool.

but neither will overvolting below 1.35v

If it runs on average at a higher temperature then yes. Probably not to an appreciable degree though.
