New Case and cooling or Ryzen?

I'm starting to look into upgrading soonish but I don't know if I should upgrade to Ryzen or get better cooling and better case but the coolers I have in mind are, I wouldn't mind going Ryzen but the price of ram is spiked but the price of cases and better cooling isn't and I don't know what's to upgrade

Ryzen will give you better performance, and it'll run cooler than your current rig (also includes a good stock cooler). And it'll bump you up to DDR4 RAM and all the latest standards.

My FX-6300 only goes up to 65c on GTA V with my M9A

The you probs don't need better cooling. And Ryzen will be much better for newer games. Say, how is GTA V? @Coltonw023456 is having stuttering in GTA (Fixed most of it though), and a bunch of other games.

High-Ultra I've only had one dip below 40fps with my system

Yeah and the better cooling and new case is lots cheaper than the Ryzen option but I want to get better cooling and have something other than the stock cooler right away without spending loads of money

If your cooling is performing fine, why do you need an aftermarket cooler?

I like to have a quiet room and not have to deal with a louder noise since I'm used to being on a laptop which was really quiet which I liked and for me having a YouTube channel and me speaking quietly it will help a lot
