I have an old FX-6300 and it has a bent pin and I am refurbishing it

No my first time refurbishing a cpu and I don't know how to fix it. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough

I would suggest that you watch this video. Explaining how to fix bent pins over a text post won't do you much good.

I did it with a z170! B|

Magnifying glass, needle and a few fingers of scotch for the nerves.

Credit card is just big enough IMO, less danger of damaging other pins in the process, just gently ease the card in from the direction you need to bend from. This is only for slightly bent pins, not for majory bent ones.

I used a wooden school ruler with the metal edge that is on the one side worked great fits just right in-between the pins
