Fan Optimization (lowering rpms)

So... I have a couple of standard fans in my case, hooked up to the motherboard.

Does anyone know of a software (or other methods in Bios (I have not found a good one in Bios)

that may be a 3rd part software to adjust the fan rpm aproxmently. Such as 500rpm (of max 2000rpm by fan).

FanMonitor does not work (3rd party)

I am sorry I forgot to sate this, software only please. Thank you.

What motherboard do you have? Also I think speedfan works.

Get low voltage adapters.

I can't really go hardware at this time. Plus with all BF no one will ship anything, on sale or not, until a few days.

Go to a store after Black Friday and buy some, or order on Ebay.

Any recommendations for software wise?

No, they aren't usually as good as a low voltage adapter.

Alright. Thanks either ways man.

I control my case fans with OpenHardwareMonitor. I'm pretty sure same can be done with HWmonitor also. You can't set rpm but precentage for fans. So set them at 100% and lower setting untill you are satisfied. BIOS setting should be as normal/default for this to work best.
