Budget Router and extender setup

I'm looking for a budget Networking setup, including a router with WiFi, and an WiFi extender. I want the SSID of Wi-Fi for the router and extender to be same so it works kinda like a mesh. I don't care about the speeds because I live in India and I have speeds of 4 Megabits down. So yeah, my budget is around 100-150usd. Or maybe should I buy two routers and do something to make one them work like an extender. Pls halp me.
