Not gonna happen, at least not as a flood.

There will be cryptobuyers that will get Vega for sure, but that do not mean it will replace Polaris rigs. Also, it doesn't look like it's gonna deliver huge performance boosts over Polaris, so it's probably be in the same size of 1070/1080 miners.

So with the current rumor showing off  vega64  doing almost 100 MH/S I think my previous statement might come true.
