I can't understand most of what you're saying (proper punctuation splits up thoughts and makes them easier to read and understand). I think you're asking if you can install Sierra on your Mac? Yes, but what are the specs? You'll want at least 4GB of RAM (I'd recommend 8), and a 7200rpm drive (I'd recommend an SSD) It'll run without those, but will be terribly slow.

It'll install just fine, but it'll have a hard time web browsing with only 2GB RAM. Also, non-techies often keep a massive amount of tabs open or never close stuff. I'd try and convince him to get an SSD and 4-8GB RAM. It'll run a lot smoother that way, and he won't keep coming to you and complaining that it's slow.

I'd check out Crucial or OWC to see what type of RAM you need, then look on eBay for lower prices. And an SSD makes a massive difference, especially to old people, since it seems so fast.

Then you need to look for 4-8GB of PC2-5300 RAM. You’ll need 2-4GB sticks, since it can only take 2, IIRC.

It should, though I've never heard of that brand before, so be cautious.
