Any solid silent cases?

I'm looking for any good case that is silent(with either foam dampening material or silent fans).I will get a case and leave it as it is;no extra fans,fan controller or anything like that.I saw that the define r5(non windowed) costs just 113 euros,but it is a little old.Still,I want a very silent case for a reasonable price and I don't anything specific like tempered glass or an included fan controller,but I do want it to be quiet!

No pun intended,but I will grab a Pure Power 10 CM 600 for 88€.

There was the phanteks p400s (without window) with dampening material on all panels. But I think they discontinued it, I can only find the regular p400 and the p400s tempered glass on their website. Retailers might still have them in stock.

I will try to pick the Phanteks Eclipse P400s(non windowed) for 84 euros otherwise Silent Base 600 for 100 euros it is.Thanks everyone

A Define S or C can usually be found for cheaper than an R5.
