go 580 if you can. They're getting common and cheaper, as well as being faster than 1060.

Gaming is the main thing it is built for but possibly streaming

Yeah, either go wired with one ethernet cable, or powerline ethernet.

 

Everything else should be fine for 1080p and some 1440p.

I saw a Reddit thread on the Asus Strix B350-F that said they were having trouble getting their Corsair LPX to run at rated speeds, so you might want to look into that and check up on the mobo's QVL for compatible kits just to be sure.

Maybe a better graphics card like 1070. As 1060 may not handle 144Hz.

Probably a waste of money considering you can turn the settings down and reach that 100-144fps mark.
