Is it the keycap wobbleing or the Stem in the switch housing thats wobbling.

Certain poorly made switches will wobble.

Well if its new, return/replace.

Or buy new keycaps? or ask customer support for new ones of the certain cap?

I'm fairly sure unless the keycap had a fault in manufactureing in which the depth of the stem enterence was larger than what it was supposed to be. then its usually the stem on your MX silents being a poor batch.

Like unless the keycap just pulls right off with no resistance, than its your stem on the MX switch

I say again, Its the stems, not the caps. unless you can take off the caps with no resistance, its the stem.

If the whole keyboard is wobbly then you probably have a crappy batch of MX Silents.
