Outsourcing programming

Hey guys,

 

I have an app idea in mind, but not the skill required to make it yet. Im thinking of outsoucing code to a developing country where programmers have a good level of skill but are cheaper to employ.

Does anybody have first hand expereince with outsoucing code? If so, which countries would you recommend? I would be very grateful if you could provide any sites as well.

It's usually a bad idea but if you have no interest, no ability yourself and insufficient funds for a native software house or contractor/freelancer then so be it.

I'd have to say that I've seen better results from Poland and Hungary to be honest.
