Most gaming keyboards have macro keys, which can be used in a variety of ways. How do you guys use your macro keys?

For me, I have a Logitech G710+ Keyboard with 6 macro keys, and 3 macro profiles for each key. My setup has profile 1 set to coding macro keys for my editor, and the second profile is used for Discord keybindings.

Wow! The K90 seems like an awesome keyboard to have for everything all around. Do you use the macros just for programming? I would love to see how someone takes advantage of all 18 macro keys, especially for programming.

xD. I meant what do you use your macro keys for, and what hotkeys do you have setup. For example, I have some of my macros setup to mute and deafen myself on Discord.

Nah I'm just kidding.

On that note, I used Keytweak to set some Numpad keys to volume control, which is IMMENSELY helpful.

I mean the K90 is nice and all (Cherry reds) i kinde looking to get a (cherry blue) again because of the sound and feel. I just dont like the FFing software for the K90 white that i have. the software is old and outdated and have to use or my keyboard lighting goes all bananas

That's actually very cool, and something I have never thought of. I just got a new keyboard a few weeks ago and it has a volume slider on it which has been very helpful for me. Before I was just using the onscreen volume controls.

I have heard people complaining about the Corsair software. I find that for the Logitech software, as long as it's open it works perfectly.

WAT. But like, the scroll wheel is necessary...

maybe you need to train some of your foul monkeys to make scroll wheel. And join the  scrollwheelmasterrace
