New Keyboard. Recommendations?

so my 2009 chicony keyboards space bar stopped working properly and im looking for a new keyboard.

 

i use my computer primarily for gaming but also for other stuff like writing.

 

im looking for a rather quiet keyboard with a volume changer and not extremely expensive

 

 

does anyone have any recommendations?

I just got the Logitch G710+ keyboard recently and I love it. I would say that it is a tab bit pricey at $80, but it is an amazing keyboard with tactile Cherry MX Brown keyswitches, a volume slider as you mentioned above, 6 macro keys, and backlighting. I would recommend you check it out.

Define it can suffer. Look at Das Keyboard 4, might find them for sub $100 used if you're willing to go that way. Will blow away everything with a volume slider.
