Hello guys!

I've recently started playing an old game with my friend and we would like to find a simple solution to chat.

I never really used any voip software before, except from the occasional Skype call, so I don't really know what is now the best option.

I first looked at Razzer Comms. But some of my friends use MacBooks  <_< .

Would you stick to Skype, or try something else?

We are not looking for crystal clear voice, but rather something light that will work well with wifi. Ventrilo seems a good option, but I don't wanna spend money renting a server. We are not that pro, yet  B)

Thank you!

Skype is worst the windows live messenger. You get DDOS'ed by random people.
Teamspeak is quite good. Haven't used Razer Comms yet extensively.

It is possible.. But it isnt random. If a specific person wants to they can.. It isnt random and it pretty much never happens. It happened to linus on the live stream because.. well... he is well known and someone knew his skype id.. It isnt going to randomly happen to somebody while they are playing a game. I hate skype too but lets not make it sound like a bigger threat than it is.
