OBS streaming pc

I am looking forward to build a gaming PC which I will use to stream at the same time. I just can't figure out which CPU to go for ryzen 1500x or i5 7400.

I will be playing mostly GTA v at 1080p high settings and streaming on YouTube using OBS 720P 60fps.

My other chosen components are:

Rx470 4gb

8gb DDR4 memory

450w psu.

Please help me out choose the right CPU or if I am wrong in selecting the other components please recommend something good for my desired streaming settings.

The Ryzen 1500X is better but I'd shell out a bit more for the R5 1600 if it's possible.

The other parts look alright but unless you already have one, finding a RX 470 that's appropriately priced is going to be difficult. Also, what's your power supply?

If you can, get a Ryzen 1600. More cores can be beneficial to smooth streaming

Do yourself a favour and get a better power supply such as the Corsair CX450M instead of cheaping out on it. The Corsair VS450 is rather terrible.

Is the cx500 better than the vs450 because the vs450m isn't available in my country.

It's better... but I think you can do better. Any Seasonic PSUs?

Those are way out of my budget.

Maybe you could suggest me some parts for my budget. My total budget is around Rs.60000 which converts to almost 930$. as I already said I will be playing mostly GTA v at 1080p. And streaming on YouTube using OBS at 720p 60fps

Do you have any current parts? I've noticed you haven't listed storage at all.

No I don't have any parts yet. but for storage I think a 1tb sata will suffice. I will get a 120Gb ssd later on as of now I am really very tight On Budget

Amazon.in is the worst site for buying pc parts in India. that's why I am going for pc retail stores . they are much cheaper

Unfortunately, I don't know any retail stores in India. Just refer to this list as a rough guide... the Seasonic S12II should stay.
