Temps and usage track on MAC

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is a program that can track my CPU (and maybe GPU) temps and usages on Mac. I know there is a 'activity monitor' program but it gives not enough information.

iStats works great and is probably the best but you'll have to pay for it after the initial trial and its not cheap, $18 to be exact.
